Common questions
Can we come and see the estate before we book?
Yes. Book a private viewing and we'll take you through the house, the orangerie and the gardens, and talk you through how your day would run. Viewings are by appointment only, and we offer video walkthroughs if you're travelling.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Elope and Dine is for the two of you plus up to ten guests. If it rains, the orangerie and the house give you plenty of room, so you don't have to compromise on the day.
Does “up to ten guests” include the two of you?
No. It's the two of you plus up to ten guests, so up to twelve at the table.
What if we have a larger guest list?
Get in touch, and we can talk you through the options.
Can we extend the photography?
Yes. Two hours are included. If you'd like more coverage, you can book extra hours directly with the photographer at their rate.
Can we change the menu or add courses?
Yes. Your package includes a set menu with choices. If you'd like extra courses or different dishes, you can work with our caterer on it, and any price difference is simply added to your booking.
Do you offer accommodation on-site at The Singing Heart Estate?
Yes. The cottage sits beside the main house, a short walk from the table, so there's no drive home at the end of the night. This is available for an additional cost.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Your package already includes a celebrant, flowers and photography from suppliers who know the estate well. If there's someone you'd love to use instead, talk to us and we'll approve them in advance so the day runs smoothly.
What time does the event need to finish?
Elope and Dine runs for seven hours, and every celebration finishes by 8pm.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There's on-site parking for up to 12 vehicles for guests and suppliers. Uber and taxis are available locally, and we can send you a list of nearby transport and accommodation.
